Покупатель имеет 7 дней на возврат. Стоимость оплачивается покупателем. Возврат возможен только в той упаковке, в которой изделие пришло. На заказные позиции возврата нет.
The customer has 7 days for refund. All delivery costs upon the customer. Refund is possible only with the same package the artwork has come.
There is no refund or exchange for comissioned items.
